Success Booster is operated by Basesh Gala and associates, based in Mumbai, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at successbooster.in (and related domains).

Account information: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.

Birth data: Date, time, and city of birth that you voluntarily provide to generate your Vedic astrology chart. This data is used solely for chart calculation and is stored securely.

Business questions: Questions you ask in the Business Booster are stored to maintain conversation context.

Payment data: We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store only the order ID, payment ID, and amount for record-keeping.

Usage data: Anonymous session identifiers for users who interact without logging in.

• Generate and display your personalised Vedic astrology chart and reading
• Provide AI-powered business mentorship responses
• Track subscription status and question usage limits
• Process and verify payments via Razorpay
• Send account-related notifications (no marketing emails without consent)

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy)
• OpenRouter / OpenAI — AI model inference for readings and business answers
• Firebase — authentication (Google Sign-In)
• Supabase — database and file storage

We use a single HttpOnly session cookie (bg_token) for authentication. Anonymous users receive an anonymous session cookie (bg_anon) for usage tracking. No third-party tracking cookies are set.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Birth data can be deleted independently of your account. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

This platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
