3. Accuracy Disclaimer

4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once a reading has been generated. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

BG Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire after 3 months of issuance. Coins cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account when you sign in.

Birth data: Date of birth, time of birth, city of birth, and gender — provided by you to generate astrological readings.

Reading context: Your profession, life highlights, and challenges — provided voluntarily to personalise your reading.

Usage data: Reading history, chat history, ratings, and feedback — stored to improve the AI system.

Payment data: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We store only transaction IDs and plan information, not card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the service, to improve AI accuracy, and to manage your account. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting our support team. We will delete your data within 30 days of a valid request.

All payments made for Bhagya Booster plans (Booster, Rise, Wise, or Pro Max) are final and non-refundable once a reading has been generated.

Why No Refunds?

Each reading involves real computational costs — Swiss Ephemeris calculations, AI generation, and server resources. Once a reading is generated, these costs are incurred.

Technical Failures

In the rare case of a technical failure that prevents reading generation, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will either generate your reading or issue a credit.
