The Platform offers two services:

• Bhagya Booster — AI-powered Vedic astrology readings using KP methodology and Swiss Ephemeris calculations.
• Business Booster — AI-powered business mentorship based on the knowledge and experience of Basesh Gala.

Important: Vedic astrology readings and business guidance provided on this Platform are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

Decisions made based on readings or guidance from this Platform are solely the user's responsibility. Success Booster and Basesh Gala accept no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of this Platform.

Astrological charts are calculated using established Vedic methodologies (KP system, Lahiri sidereal, Swiss Ephemeris). Accuracy of birth data entered by the user directly affects chart results.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Bhagya Booster tiers:

• Seeker — Free: 1 chart/day, 2 questions
• Booster — ₹99/24 hours: 5 charts, 5 questions, PDF
• Rise — ₹499/30 days: Unlimited charts and questions, PDF
• Wise — ₹10,000/Lifetime: Unlimited everything, no expiry

Business Booster Masterclass tiers:

• Free: 3 questions
• Silver — ₹99: 5 questions
• Gold — ₹999: 25 questions
• Diamond — ₹25,000: 100 questions + video consultation with senior management team

Paid plans are activated immediately upon successful payment verification.

• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Automated scraping, bulk queries, or API abuse
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reproducing or reselling readings or content without permission

All content, readings, analysis frameworks, and AI-generated responses on this Platform are the intellectual property of Basesh Gala and Success Booster. You may save or print your own readings for personal use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Success Booster, Basesh Gala, and associated entities are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
