Summary: Digital services (chart readings, AI responses) are delivered immediately upon purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours for unused services. No refunds after service has been accessed.
1. General Policy
All purchases on Success Booster are for digital services delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been accessed or consumed.
2. Bhagya Booster — Astrology Plans
Booster (₹99 / 24h), Rise (₹499 / 30d), Wise (₹10,000 / Lifetime):
- No refund once a chart reading has been generated or any premium feature has been used.
- If your plan was activated but no reading was generated, contact us within 24 hours for a review.
- Technical failures (chart could not be calculated due to a server error) are eligible for a full refund or credit.
3. Business Booster — Masterclass Plans
Silver (₹99), Gold (₹999), Diamond (₹25,000):
- No refund once any paid question has been asked and answered.
- If payment was processed but the plan was not activated due to a technical error, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
- Diamond tier video consultation: Consultation scheduling is confirmed within 7 business days of payment. If we are unable to schedule within 30 days, a full refund will be issued.
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Duplicate payment charged due to technical error
- Plan activated but service completely inaccessible due to platform error (not user's device/network)
- Diamond video consultation not scheduled within 30 days
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed by Razorpay within 2 hours
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within the eligible window (24–48 hours for most plans) through:
- Email or social channels listed on our platform
- Include your registered email, Razorpay Order ID, and reason for refund
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after service has been delivered
- Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or business guidance (content is subjective)
- Incorrect birth data entered by the user
- Refund requests made after the eligible window
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension.
